摘要

目的:构建应急标本信息采集系统,评价其在无网络条件下实现重大传染病疫情防控中的标本采集工作的规范性和准确性.方法:采用Sybase PowerBuilder开发工具,将Microsoft Access作为后台数据库,选取客户端与服务器(C/S)架构模式,以医院实验室信息系统(LIS)或第三方系统为基础,构建能够应对重大传染病大规模标本采样工作的应急标本信息采集系统,对比不同标本信息采样方式的应用效果.结果:应急标本采集系统采集信息的信息录入完整率、正确率及时效性均优于手工方式,差异有统计学意义(x2=89.97、109.83,P<0.05)、(t=146.74,P<0.05),提高了标本采集的效率,减少信息差错率,还可降低交叉感染风险,使重大传染病疫情防控中的标本采集工作更加规范和便捷.结论:应急标本信息采集系统在应对重大传染病大规模采样工作中起到重要作用,能够提升工作效率,保障信息的安全性和准确性.

Abstract

Objective:To construct an information collection system for emergency specimen,so as to realize the standardization and accuracy of specimen collection during the prevention and control of major epidemic of infectious disease under without network connectivity.Methods:Sybase PowerBuilder development tool was used,and Microsoft Access was used as the backend database,and a client-server(C/S)architecture mode was selected.The laboratory information system(LIS)or the third system was used as basis to construct information collection system for emergency specimen,which could cope to specimen sampling work of large scale of major infectious diseases.Comparison of the effectiveness of different specimen information sampling methods applied.Results:The completeness rate,accuracy and timeliness of entering information of information collection system for emergency specimen were respectively better than those of manual method in collecting information,and the differences were significant(x2=89.97,109.83,P<0.05),(t=146.74,P<0.05).This system enhanced efficiency of collecting specimen,and reduced error rate of information,and decreased the risk of cross-infection,which took the work of collecting specimen to be more standard and convenient in preventing and controlling major epidemic of infectious disease.Conclusion:The emergency specimen information collection system is crucial for efficiently responding to large-scale sampling of major infectious diseases.It helps ensure work efficiency,as well as the safety and accuracy of information.
