摘要
目的:探讨全面规范化生产维护(TnPM)管理模式在外科腹腔镜设备管理中的应用价值.方法:选取北京市顺义区医院在用的9台22202011u110型手术室外科腹腔镜设备,2022年1月1日-6月30日设备采用传统方法对其进行管理,将2022年7月1日至12月31日设备采用TnPM管理模式对其进行管理.比较两种管理模式下设备管理效率、设备管理质量和手术医生满意度.结果:TnPM管理模式下的术前设备调配时间、故障维修时间均明显短于传统管理模式,设备使用频次明显高于传统管理模式,差异均有统计学意义(t=4.817、7.625、5.116,P<0.05).TnPM管理模式下的准时备件率、操作规范率及开机运行率均明显高于传统管理模式,器械损坏率明显低于传统管理模式,差异有统计学意义(t=5.716、5.590、5.137、7.223,P<0.05).TnPM管理模式的手术医生满意度明显高于传统管理模式,差异有统计学意义(x2=12.571,P<0.05).结论:TnPM管理模式能有效提高外科腹腔镜设备的管理效率、管理质量及手术医生满意度.
Abstract
Objective:To discuss the application value of total normalized productive maintenance(TnPM)management mode in the management of surgical laparoscopic equipment.Methods:9 pieces of surgical laparoscopic equipment of the type 22202011u110 in the operating room of Beijing Shunyi Hospital of were selected and managed by the traditional method from January 1 to June 30,2022,and by TnPM management mode from July 1 to December 31,2022.The efficiency of equipment management,quality of equipment management and satisfaction of surgeons were compared between the two management modes.Results:The preoperative equipment deployment time and fault maintenance time of TnPM management mode were significantly shorter than those of traditional management mode,the frequency of equipment use of TnPM management mode was significantly higher than of traditional management mode,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.817,7.625,5.116,P<0.05).The punctual spare parts rate,operation standard rate,start-up operation rate of TnPM management mode was significantly higher than those of traditional management mode,the equipment damage rate of TnPM management mode was significantly lower than that of traditional management mode(t=5.716,5.590,5.137,7.223,P<0.05).The satisfaction of surgeons of TnPM management mode was significantly higher than that of traditional management mode(x2=12.571,P<0.05).Conclusion:The TnPM management model can effectively improve the management efficiency,management quality and satisfaction of surgeons of surgical laparoscopic equipment
