摘要
针对目前野战制式药材箱组无法自动快速统计上报各类物资(药品、耗材、试剂等)的消耗数据,野战卫勤物资保障不精准、消耗补充靠人工清点上报,效率低等问题,采用基于智能化信息技术的野战卫勤分队物资保障模式,设计快速盘点野战药材箱实现卫勤物资数字化,呈现消耗数据自动上报的新型智能化保障新模式.通过射频识别(RFID)和电子标签技术,在野战医疗物资供应保障过程中实现智能数据采集、自动计数的功能.通过自动称重计数,实时对医疗物资进行清点,双重保障盘点数据的准确性.在野战环境下,通过电信信息传输网络技术,实时准确传输医疗物资相关保障数据.在野战卫勤分队物资保障过程中,卫勤物资贮运实现数字化,使战备物资消耗数据自动上报,实时传输的新型智能化保障新模式,有效提升野战医疗物资的精准保障能力.
Abstract
In view of the fact that the inability of current field standard box group to automatically and quickly statistical report the consumption data of various materials(medicines consumables,reagents,etc.)the inaccurate supply of field health materials,and the low efficiency of consumption and replenishment by manual inventory and reporting,an application mode of intelligent information technology in the material support of field support service detachments was constructed to realize a new intelligent support model in which health service materials were digitally presented and consumption data was automatically reported.Through radio frequency identification(RFID)and electronic tag technology,the functions of intelligent data collection and automatic counting were realized in the process of ensuring the field medical supplies.Through weighing and counting,the medical supplies were counted automatically in real time,and the accuracy of the double weight inventory data was carried out.In the field environment,through the telecommunications information transmission network technology,the transmission of medical supplies related support data could be real-time and accurate.In the process of material support for field medical service teams,the storage and transportation of medical service materials have been digitized,and the consumption data of combat readiness materials has been automatically reported and transmitted in real time with the new intelligent support mode,and the accurate support capability of field medical materials has been improved.
