Objective:To investigate the application value of ultrasound-positron emission tomography(US-PET)scan fusing with virtual navigation technique in ultrasound-guided lymph node biopsy. Methods:A total of 124 patients with lymph node enlargement who underwent percutaneous superficial lymph node biopsy in Xiangtan Central Hospital from August,2020 to August,2022 were selected as the research objects.Among them, the patients who received conventional ultrasound-guided puncture were included in the ultrasound-guided puncture group(68 patients),and the patients, who adopted the US-PET fusing with virtual navigation technique to guide puncture, were included in the US-PET fusion-guided puncture group(56 patients). The satisfaction rate of obtaining material and the rate of repetitive puncture between the two groups were compared. The results of needle biopsy were compared with the finally clinical diagnosis, and the accuracy of the diagnosis between the two groups was further analyzed. Results:All patients of US-PET fusion-guided puncture group successfully completed fusion of ultrasound image and PET,and the average time of image fusion was(9.35±0.42)min,and the all materials-obtained of patients met the requirements of pathological diagnosis, and the rate of repetitive puncture was 0.00%,which was significantly lower than that of the conventionally ultrasound-guided puncture group, and the difference was statistically significant(x2=6.147,P<0.05).Based on the clinically final diagnosis,13 cases of benign lesions and 55 cases of malignant lesions were found in the ultrasound-guided puncture group, with an accuracy rate of 83.82%.The sensitivity and specificity of that were 69.23%and 87.27%,respectively.The 6 cases of benign lesions and 50 cases of malignant lesions were found in the US-PET fusion-guided puncture group, with accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of 100%.There were statistically significant differences in sensitivity and specificity between the two groups(x2=20.810,7.993,P<0.001).Conclusion:The lymph node biopsy that is guided by US-PET fusing with virtual navigation technique is beneficial to precise positioning, and is beneficial to reduce repetitive punctures and achieve satisfactory in obtaining materials, which has higher biopsy accuracy. It has clinical application value.
