摘要
为满足传染病患者就地隔离治疗、生活和排泄物处理等需求,研制一种传染病防控用负压隔离治疗舱.基于负压隔离原理,设计可快速安装的密闭舱体,内设治疗区、患者进出缓冲间、医护人员进出缓冲间和废弃物临时放置区,综合集成压力监测系统、智能进气系统、智能高效排风过滤系统、智能灭菌系统、照明系统、空气微生物采集器等.研制的传染病防控用负压隔离治疗舱在3 min内建立≥15 Pa的负压,对0.3 μm微粒气溶胶的防护效率≥99.999%,最大消毒空间150 m3,可有效控制病原微生物的扩散和对环境的污染,切断与健康人群的传播途径,达到呼吸道隔离、接触隔离、消化道隔离、昆虫隔离等隔离要求,满足传染病患者的收治需求,提高疫情期间应急处置和快速响应能力.该治疗舱非使用状态下可拆装放置于置物箱内,占用面积小、轻巧易搬运,具有较好的社会效益和经济效益.
Abstract
In order to meet the needs of patients with infectious disease patients for on-site isolation treatment,living and excrement treatment,a negative pressure isolation treatment chamber for prevention and control of infectious diseases was developed.Based on the principle of negative pressure isolation,a closed cabin body that can be quickly installed was designed,with a treatment area,a buffer room for patients entering and exiting,a buffer room for medical staff enter and exit,a temporary waste placement area,a comprehensive integrated pressure monitoring system,intelligent air intake system,intelligent and efficient exhaust air filtration system,intelligent sterilization system,lighting system,air microorganism collector etc.The negative pressure isolation treatment chamber for the prevention and control of infectious diseases can establish a negative pressure of≥15 Pa within 3 minutes,the protection efficiency of 0.3 μm particulate aerosol was≥99.999%,and the maximum disinfection space was 150 m3,which can effectively control the diffusion of pathogenic microorganisms and pollution to the environment,cut off the transmission route with healthy people.The negative pressure isolation treatment compartment for the prevention and control of infectious diseases can meet the isolation requirements of respiratory isolation,contact isolation,digestive tract isolation,insect isolation,etc.,meet the needs of the admission and treatment of infectious disease patients,improve the emergency response and rapid response capabilities of the epidemics The treatment cabin can be disassembled and placed in the storage box when not in use,which occupies a small area,is light and easy to carry,and has good social and economic benefits.
