摘要
医用采血管完成检测后需密封存储,为解决传统塑料胶塞封口装置无法兼容不同尺寸与规格的采血管封口问题,设计一款医用采血管封膜装置,包括轨道组件、阻挡组件、夹持组件、送膜组件、封膜与折膜组件.通过封膜参数的选定及疲劳测试,显示该采血管封膜装置能够实现高兼容性、高效率、结构简单和高可靠性地进行采血管密封,可满足临床检验的需要.
Abstract
Medical blood collection tubes need to be sealed and stored after testing.To solve the problem that the traditional plastic plug sealing device was not compatible with different sizes and specifications of blood collection tube sealing,a hospital blood collection tube sealing device was designed,including a track component,a blocking component,a clamping component,a film feeding component,a film sealing and folding component.Combined with the selection of sealing parameters and fatigue test,it was shown that the blood collection tube sealing device could achieve high compatibility,high efficiency,simple structure and high reliability for sealing blood collection tubes and meet the needs of clinical testing.
