摘要

低温制冷系统是超导型磁共振设备维持超导状态的关键零部件,通过分析低温制冷系统的结构组成原理,梳理水制冷和氦制冷的工作流程,探讨超导型磁共振设备的常规性维护和系统性维护的内容和方法.针对低温制冷系统运行中的冷头故障、水循环故障和氦循环故障现象进行原因分析、排查与处理,从结构、功能等角度进行维修路径探讨,有效解决设备运行中出现的故障.超导型磁共振设备管理人员应加强对低温制冷系统的理论知识积累,总结日常维护管理经验,提高故障分析及处理能力,为设备运行质量和安全保障提供技术支持.

Abstract

Cooling system of low temperature is a key component of superconducting magnetic resonance equipment in maintaining the superconducting state.This paper investigated the contents and methods of routine and systematic maintenance of superconducting magnetic resonance equipment through analyzed the principle of structure and composition of cryogenic refrigeration system,and ordered the work flow of water refrigeration and helium refrigeration.In view of the phenomenon of cold head fault,water circulation fault and helium circulation fault in the operation of cryogenic refrigeration system,this paper analyzed,troubleshot and dealt the fault causes,and investigated the maintenance path on the perspective from structure to function,which effectively solved the occurred faults in the operation of equipment.Managers of superconducting magnetic resonance equipment should strengthen the accumulation for theoretical knowledge of cryogenic refrigeration systems,and summarize management experience of daily maintenance,and improve capabilities of analyzing and processing fault,and provide technical support for operation quality and security guarantee of equipment.
