薄层扫描法测定扶正胶囊中黄芪甲苷的含量

摘要
目的：研究中药三类新药扶正胶囊中黄芪甲苷的定量方法。方法：样品用水饱和正丁醇提取，再经氨试液处理及大孔树脂的精制后点于硅胶G薄层板上，以氯仿-甲醇-水(65∶35∶10)在10℃以下放置的下层液展开，用CS-930型薄层扫描仪在λs=400nm,λR=700nm下扫描。结果：本方法的平均回收率为98.7%，RSD为1.2%。结论：结果显示该方法灵敏，准确，专属性强，可用于本制剂的含量测定及质量控制。
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To study a method for determination of astragalosid in Fuzheng capsules the patent Chinese medicine.METHODS: The capsules were extracted with n-buty1 alcohol and then purified with NH4OH solution and macroporous resin respectively .The sample was applied on a silica G plate and developed at room temperature with the lower phase of CHCL3 -CH3OH-H2O(65∶35∶10)that was separated at lower than 10℃，the separated spot was determined by CS-930 at λs=400nm,λR=700nm.RESULTS: The analytical recovery was 98.7%and the RSD was 1.2%.CONCLUSION:The results showed that this method for determination of astragaloside in Fuzheng capsules is sensitive,specific and accurate.
