OBJECTIVE:To estabolish the quality control of Compound Mujian Koufuye:the TLC identification method of Sophora subprostrata and Juglans mandshurica and the quantitative determination of matrine by TLCS.METHODS:The sample was identified respectively by TLC in contrast with Sophora subprostrata and Juglans mandshurica drugs after it was pretreated.,Matrine in Compound Mujian Koufuye was extracted refluxently with CHCl3 and determined by the dual wavelength thin layer chromatography scanning.RESULTS:The TLC identification was highly specific and the spots were clear and concentrated.The quantitative method was simple,sensitive,reproducible and accurate.The average recovery of matrine in the sample was 102.0%(n=5).The relative standard deviation was 4.78%.CONCLUSION:The quality standard was able to effectively control the quality of Compound Mujian Koufuye.
