目的 研究楮头红(Sarcopyramis nepdensis)的化学成分.方法 采用硅胶、大孔树脂、Sephadex LH-20和ODS等色谱手段进行化学成分的分离纯化.依据理化性质、波谱数据和相关文献进行结构鉴定.结果 分离鉴定了11个化合物,分别为丁香树脂酚(syringaresinol,1),羟基苯甲酸甲酯(methyl 4-hydmxybenzoate,2),3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲醛(3-methoxy-4-hydmxybenzal-dehyde,3),胆甾烯基亚油酸酯(cholestery 9,12-octadecadienoate,4),胆甾醇基十七酸酯(cholesteryl hepadecanoate,5),cholestery trans-cinnamate(6),arjunic acid(7),咖啡酸(3,4-dihydroxycinnamic acid,8),β-谷甾醇(β-sitosterol,9),β-胡萝卜苷(daucosterol,10),aralidioside(11).结论 除化合物9和10外,其余所有化合物均为首次从楮头红中分离得到.
Studies on Chemical Constituents of Sarcopyramis nepdensis
OBJECTIVE To study chemical constituents of Sarcopyramis nepdensis. METHODS The compounds were isolated by means of column chromatography on sinica gel, DIAION HP20, Sephadex LH - 20 and ODS. Their structures were elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectra. RESULTS Eleven compounds were obtained and identified as syringaresinol ( 1 ), methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate ( 2 ), 3 -methoxy-4-hydroxybenzaldehyde ( 3 ), cholestery 9, 12-octadecadienoate ( 4 ), cholesteryl hepadecanoate ( 5 ),cholestery trans-cinnamate (6), arjunic acid ( 7 ), 3, 4-dihydroxycinnamic acid ( 8 ), β-sitosterol ( 9 ), daucosterol ( 10 ) and aralidioside (11 ). CONCLUSION Compound 1,2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 11 were isolated from the plant for the first time.
