摘要
目的 研究阿昔洛韦水凝胶贴剂的最优处方并考察其影响因素.方法 采用正交实验法设计处方,以配方中羧甲基纤维素钠、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、甘油和氢氧化铝为因素,以用量为水平,设计L9(34)正交表,测定剥离强度,体外释放度,利用Franz扩散池考察经皮渗透性,对结果进行直观分析.结果 筛选出最优处方,其剥离强度为58.4 s,6 h累积释放率为55.03%,透皮速率为63.13μg·cm-2·h-1.结论 建立的水凝胶贴剂制备工艺合理、稳定,剥离强度、释放度和透皮效果为其主要质量影响因素.
Abstract
OBJECTIVE To optimize the matrix formulation of acyclovir hydrogel patch and to investigate its influencing factors.METHODS Orthogonal design was used to choose formulations, and L9 (34 ) table was chosen for the experiment.Content of Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, Plasdone, Glycerol and Alurninium hydrate were screened.Peeling strength was tested.Release rate was determined with dissolution instrument, and percutaneous permeabilityin vitro was studied using Franz diffusion cell, The results were obtained through direct analysis.RESULTS The optimal hydrogel patch was acquired with peeling strength of 58.4 s, release rate of 55.03% at 6 h and steady state flux of 63.13 μg ·cm-2 · h-1.CONCLUSION The established preparation technique of hydrogel patch is stable and feasible.The leading quality control parameters are peeling strength, release rate and steady state flux.
