摘要

目的 研究两种荚蒾属植物宜昌荚蒾和日本珊瑚树的化学成分.方法 采用多种色谱方法及波谱技术分离纯化并鉴定化合物结构.结果从宜昌荚蒾中分离得到8个化合物,分别为β-谷甾醇(1),熊果酸(2),艾纳香素(3),胡萝卜苷(4),(-)-lyoniresinol 3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (5),(+)-1yoniresinol 3α-O-β-D-glucopymnoside(6),adoxoside (7),马钱苷(8).从日本珊瑚树中分离得到5个化合物,分别为α-香树脂醇(9),熊果酸(2),6α-hydroxylup-20 (29) -en-3-on-28-oic acid(10),2α-hydroxyursolic acid(11),胡萝卜苷(4).结论化合物3,5,7,8为首次从荚蒾属中分离得到;化合物2-5,7,8为首次从宜昌荚蒾中分离得到;化合物4,9,11为首次从日本珊瑚树中分离得到.

Abstract

OBJECTIVE To study the chemical constituents of Viburnum eroswn var. Erosion and Vibunwm odoratissimum var. Aw-abuki. METHODS Compounds were isolated by various column chromatographies and identified by a combination of spectrophotometric methods. RESULTS Eight (No. 1-8) and 5 (No. 2,4,9-11) compounds were isolated from the stems and leaves of V. Eroswn var. Erosum and V. Odoratissimum var. Awabuki, respectively. The compounds are identified as follows:β-sitosterol(1), ursolic acid(2) , blumeatin(3) , daucosterol(4) ,( - )-lyoniresinol 3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(5) ,( + )-lyoniresinol 3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(6) , ad-oxoside(7), loganin(8), α-amyrin(9), 6α-hydroxylup-20(29)-en-3-on-28-oic acid(10), 2α-hydroxyursolic acid(ll). CONCLUSION Compounds 3, 5, 7, 8 are isolated for the first time from the genus Viburnum. Six(No. 2-5, 7, 8) and 3(Na 4, 9, 11) compounds are isolated from the stems and leaves of V. Erosum var. Eroswn and V. Odoratissimum var. Awabuki for the first time, respectively.
