Transdermal drug delivery is one of the most commonly used clinical drug delivery methods,but it has some limitations such as low skin permeability,short duration of efficacy and low bioavailability.In order to improve the clinical efficacy of drugs and increase patient compliance,the development of lipid nano drug delivery systems for transdermal drug delivery has been favored by re-searchers.In this paper,the lipid nano drug delivery systems used in transdermal drug delivery systems were summarized in order to provide reference for the clinical application of transdermal drug delivery preparations and the further study of lipid nano drug delivery systems.
