比色法测定肉豆蔻八味胶囊中总黄酮含量

目的:对肉豆蔻八味胶囊中总黄酮的含量进行测定。方法以芦丁为对照品,用亚硝酸钠-硝酸铝-氢氧化钠显色后,在504 nm波长下测定。结果3批肉豆蔻八味胶囊中总黄酮的含量分别为21.15,20.58,20.43 mg/g,平均加样回收率为98.42%,RSD为1.13%( n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确,重复性好,可作为肉豆蔻八味胶囊的质量控制方法。
Determination of Total Flavone Content in Roudoukou Bawei Capsules by Colorimetry
Objective To determine the total flavone content in Roudoukou Bawei Capsules by colorimetry. Methods With rutin as the reference substance,after coloration by sodium nitrite-aluminum nitrate-sodium hydroxide,the total flavone content in the sample was determined at the wavelength of 504 nm. Results The total flavone contents in 3 batches of of Roudoukou Bawei Capsules were 21. 15,20. 58,20. 43 mg/g respectively. The average recovery rate was 98. 42%,RSD was 1. 13%( n=6). Conclusion This method is convenient,simple and reproducible,which can be used as the quality control method of Roudoukou Bawei Capsules.
