摘要

目的:观察当归芍药汤联合依那普利治疗早期糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法选取2013年1月至2015年2月医院收治的早期糖尿病肾病患者96例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各48例。对照组在常规治疗基础上给予依那普利,观察组在对照组基础上加用加味当归芍药汤。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率为89.58%,高于对照组的81.25%( P<0.05);两组患者血糖、肾功能、炎性因子水平指标均较治疗前有改善( P<0.05),且观察组患者改善更显著( P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率为4.17%,与对照组的6.25%相当( P>0.05)。结论加味当归芍药汤联合依那普利治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床疗效显著,其肾脏保护作用可能与减轻炎性反应有关。

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Modified Angelica Peony Decoction combined with Enalapril in treating diabetic nephropathy. Methods 96 patients with early diabetic nephropathy in the hospital were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Enalapril on the basis of conventional treatment;the treat-ment group was treated with Modified Angelica Peony Decoction on the basis of the control group. Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 89. 58%,which was significantly higher than 81. 25% of the control group( P < 0. 05);the levels of blood glucose,kidneys and inflammatory factors in the two groups were significantly improved than before treatment( P < 0. 05), and the observation group improved more obviously( P < 0. 05);the incidence rate of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4. 17%,which had no significantly difference with 6. 25% in the control group( P > 0. 05). Conclusion Modified Angelica Peony De-coction combined with Enalapril has good effect for treating early diabetic nephropathy,and its renal protective effect might related to the decrease of inflammatory response.
