医院制剂基因表达式编程定价模型研究

目的:探索新的药品定价方法,为制订和调整药品价格提供参考。方法调查医师和药师对医院制剂复方盐酸丁卡因凝胶和类似适应证的市售药品价值评价,利用基因表达式编程,建立不同评价指标和价格之间的关系模型,作为治疗口腔溃疡药品的定价模型,进一步使用此模型为复方盐酸丁卡因凝胶定价。结果将复方盐酸丁卡因凝胶各项指标得分代入基因表达式编程确定的价格模型,计算出复方盐酸丁卡因凝胶价格为5.24元/日。结论使用新方法建立的模型能更准确地体现药品价值,从而为医院制剂制订更合理的价格。
Pricing Model for Hospital Preparations by Gene Expression Programming
Objective To explore new drug pricing method,and to provide reference for the formulation and adjustment of drug prices. Methods Extensively investigate the evaluation of the hospital preparation-compound tetracaine hydrochloride gel and similar medicines for oral ulcer by the physicians and pharmacist,and the gene expression programming was used to establish the model of the relationship between different evaluation index and price as the pricing model of medicine for oral ulcer,and the price of compound tetracaine hydrochloride gel by the model was defined. Results Base on the score of compound ranitidine hydrochloride tetracaine items,the pricing model by the gene expression programming computation was established. Using this pricing model,compound ranitidine hydrochloride tetracaine prices was calculated,which was 5. 24 yuan per day. Conclusion The new method that is used to build the model can more accurately reflect the value of the medicines,which can establish more reasonable price of hospital preparations.
