Production Technology of Instant Colla Corii Asini Granules
Objective To study the industrialized production process of Colla Corii Asini Granules. Methods The technical parameters of microwave puffing were determined by the factor selection method, and the Colla Corii Asini power was made by extruding Colla Corii Asini power, the types and dosage of excipients were determined by random screening method, the granulating parameters were deter-mined by orthogonal test. Results The optimum conditions were as follows:the thickness of gelatin was less than 5 mm and the microwave heating time was 5 min. The formulation was Colla Corii Asini powder:the ratio of PVPP:CCMC-Na:MgSt was 1000 :50 :20 :1, the dry roll pressure of the dry roll was 60 kgf/cm2, the powder feeding speed was 20 r/min and the rotation speed was 10 r/min. Conclusion The results provide a basis for large-scale production.
