Optimization of Water Extraction Process of Zhicuo Formula by the L9(34)Orthogonal Test Based on Information Entropy Weighting Method
Objective To optimize the water extraction process of Zhicuo Formula.Methods The extraction times,amount of water addition,and extraction time were taken as investigation factors,the weight coefficients of baicalin,salvianolic acid B contents,and extract yield rate were determined by the information entropy weighting method,and the water extraction technology of Zhicuo Formula was optimized by the L9(34)orthogonal test.Results The information entropies of the content and extract yield of baicalin and salvianolic acid B were 0.975 1,0.980 2,and 0.981 0 with the weight coefficients of 0.390 9,0.310 8,and 0.298 3,respectively.The optimal extraction process was as follows:the decoction pieces were added 10 times the amount of water and extracted 3 times for 1.5 h each time.The validation test results showed that the average contents of baicalin and salvianolic acid B were 3.32 mg/mL and 3.24 mg/mL,respectively,the average extract yield was 28.42%,and the average comprehensive score was 0.994 5.Conclusion The optimal water extraction technology of Zhicuo Formula is stable and reliable,which can provide a reference for the extraction process and quality research of Zhicuo Formula.
