Clinical Observation of the Acupoint Application of Huoxue Huayu Formula Combined with Intravenous Thrombolysis of Ateplase in the Treatment of Cerebral Infarction
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of acupoint application of Huoxue Huayu Formula combined with intravenous thrombolysis of ateplase in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 102 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to the hospital from January 2019 to January 2023 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were treated with intravenous thrombolysis of ateplase,on this basis,the patients in the observation group were treated with acupoint application of Huoxue Huayu Formula.Both groups were treated for 7 d.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 92.16%,which was significantly higher than 72.55%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Barthel Index(BI)score in the two groups significantly increased(P<0.05),while the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome(TCM)score and the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score significantly decreased(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD)and glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)in the two groups significantly increased(P<0.05),while the levels of malondialdehyde(MDA)in the two groups significantly decreased(P<0.05),and those in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment period,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was comparable to that in the control group(7.84%vs.5.88%,P>0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application of Huoxue Huayu Formula combined with intravenous thrombolysis of ateplase has good clinical efficacy and safety in the treatment of cerebral infarction,which can improve the TCM score and oxidative stress indicators,promote the recovery of impaired neurological function,and improve the ability of daily living.
