Objective To investigate the application effect of ″Internet + ″ pharmaceutical care for schizophrenic patients.Methods Sixty schizophrenic patients admitted to the hospital from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by the simple random sampling method,with 30 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were given the conventional chronic-disease management pharmaceutical care,and the patients in the observation group were given the ″Internet + ″ pharmaceutical care.Both groups were continuously intervened for two months.The scores of the Young Mania Rating Scale(YMRS),Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD),Medication Adherence Rating Scale(MARS),Morningside Rehabilitation Status Scale(MRSS),Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)before and after intervention between the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the YMRS,HAMD and MRSS scores in the two groups were significantly lower,as well as the positive and negative syndrome score,general psychopathological score and total scores in the PANSS,and those in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the MARS score in the two groups was significantly higher,and that in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of ″ Internet + ″ pharmaceutical care in the medication management of schizophrenic patients can improve their negative emotion such as mania and depression,medication adherence,rehabilitation quality and symptoms of the disease.
