Objective To guide and promote the psychiatric hospitals in Zhejiang Province to carry out the comprehensive clinical evaluation and selection of antidepressants normatively.Methods Based on the opinions and suggestions from clinical and pharmaceutical experts,the Affiliated Mental Health Center of Zhejiang University School of Medicine,in collaboration with the Hangzhou Pharmaceutical Management Quality Control Center and seven psychiatric hospitals in the Zhejiang Province,had written the Expert Consensus on the Comprehensive Clinical Evaluation and Selection of Antidepressants for Psychiatric Hospitals in Zhejiang Province,and 13 selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors(SSRIs)and serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors(SNRIs)were taken as examples for pilot evaluation.Results The included antidepressants were systematically evaluated from six dimensions in this consensus,including pharmaceutical properties,safety,effectiveness,economy,innovativeness and other attributes,and they were assigned secondary scores in each dimension.Conclusion This consensus provides a reference for the rapid comprehensive clinical evaluation and selection of antidepressants,it guides and promotes relevant medical institutions to carry out the comprehensive clinical evaluation and selection of antidepressants normatively to meet the diversified clinical medication needs and promote the clinical rational drug use.
