基于熵权法联合灰色关联度分析法的三七药材质量评价

目的 评价不同产地三七药材的质量。方法 选取云南省 5 个州/市的 44 批三七药材为样品,按 2020 年版《中国药典(四部)》通则项下方法测定水分、总灰分、酸不溶性灰分、醇溶性浸出物含量,采用高效液相色谱法测定三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1含量,并计算此 3 种皂苷(合称总皂苷)含量。采用熵权法计算各指标权重,采用灰色关联度分析法评价药材样品质量。结果 44 批药材样品中上述 8 个指标的含量依次为 5。13%~8。84%、2。11%~4。96%、0。10%~1。89%、20。18%~28。69%、0。80%~1。58%、2。82%~5。20%、2。79%~5。00%、6。54%~11。44%。醇溶性浸出物、三七皂苷R1、人参皂苷Rb1、人参皂苷Rg1及总皂苷的权重较大。44批药材样品的相对关联度为 0。163 7~0。773 9。等级为Ⅰ级至Ⅴ级的药材样品分别有 11 批、14 批、8 批、8 批、3 批;红河哈尼族彝族自治州样品 5 种等级均有,文山壮族苗族自治州、昆明市和曲靖市样品均无Ⅴ级,楚雄彝族自治州样品无Ⅰ级。结论 所建立的质量评价方法能客观地评价不同产地三七药材的质量,为其质量研究提供了参考。
Quality Evaluation of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma Based on Entropy Weight Method Combined with Grey Relation Analysis
Objective To evaluate the quality of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma from different producing areas.Methods Forty-four batches of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma from five autonomous prefectures/cities in Yunnan Province were selected as the samples.The moisture,total ash,acid-insoluble ash and alcohol-soluble extract contents were determined based on the general principles of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia(2020 Edition,Volume Ⅳ).The notoginsenoside R1,ginsenoside Rg1 and ginsenoside Rb1 contents were determined by the high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method,and the content of above three saponins(referred to as total saponins)was calculated.The weight of each indicator was calculated by the entropy weight method,and the quality of medicinal materials was evaluated by the grey relation analysis method.Results The contents of the above eight indicators in 44 batches of samples were in the range of 5.13%to 8.84%,2.11%to 4.96%,0.10%to 1.89%,20.18%to 28.69%,0.80%to 1.58%,2.82%to 5.20%,2.79%to 5.00%,6.54%to 11.44%respectively.The weights of alcohol-soluble extract,notoginsenoside R1,ginsenoside Rb1,ginsenoside Rg1 and total saponins were greater.The relative relation degree of 44 batches of medicinal material samples was in the range of 0.163 7 to 0.773 9.There were eleven,fourteen,eight,eight,three batches of samples with grades Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ,Ⅴ,respectively.The quality of samples in Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture was in the range of grades Ⅰ to Ⅴ;there was no sample with grade Ⅴ in Wenshan Zhuang and Miao Autonomous Prefecture,Kunming City and Qujing City;and there was no sample with grade Ⅰ in Chuxiong Yi Autonomous Prefecture.Conclusion The established quality evaluation method can objectively evaluate the quality of Notoginseng Radix et Rhizoma from different producing areas,which can provide a reference for its quality research.
