Effects of Live Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Combined with Polyene Phosphatidylcholine on Intestinal Flora and Immune Function in Patients with Hepatitis B Virus-Related Compensated Liver Cirrhosis
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of live combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine in the adjuvant treatment of hepatitis B virus-related compensated liver cirrhosis, and their effects on the patients' intestinal flora and immune function. Methods A total of 102 patients with hepatitis B virus-related compensated liver cirrhosis admitted to the Cangzhou People's Hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group by the random number table method, with 51 cases in each group. The patients in the two groups were given routine treatment and intravenous drip of Polyene Phosphatidylcholine Injection,on this basis, the patients in the observation group were given Live Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus Capsules,Oral. Both groups were treated continuously for three months. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(92.16%vs.74.51%,P<0.05).After treatment, the total bilirubin(TBiL),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),alanine aminotransferase(ALT)and serum laminin(LN)levels in the two groups were significantly lower(P<0.05),the counts of Enterococcus,Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus, and Bacteroidetes in the intestine were significantly higher, while that of yeast-like fungi was significantly lower(P<0.05);the T lymphocyte subsets CD4 +,CD8 + levels and CD4 +/CD8 + in the two groups were better;and the above indexes in the observation group were significantly better(P<0.05).Conclusion Live combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus and Enterococcus combined with polyene phosphatidylcholine in the adjuvant treatment of hepatitis B virus-related compensated liver cirrhosis can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients, regulate the imbalance of intestinal flora, improve immune function, and promote the recovery of liver function.
