Optimization of High-Temperature Instantaneous Sterilization Process of Scutellariae Radix by Attribute Hierarchy Model-Entropy Weight Method Combined with Orthogonal Test
Objective To optimize the high-temperature instantaneous sterilization process of Scutellariae Radix. Methods Three batches of Scutellariae Radix fine powder before and after sterilization were taken, the relative weights of sterilization rate, transfer rate of baicalin and extraction rate were calculated by the attribute hierarchy model(AHM)-entropy weight method(EWM)with a discharge temperature of 35℃,and with the feeding rate, sterilization temperature, sterilization time as the investigation factors;the high-temperature instantaneous sterilization process of Scutellariae Radix was optimized by the L9(34)orthogonal test with the comprehensive score of the above three indicators as the investigation indicator, and then the verification test was conducted. Results The optimal process was as follows:the feeding rate was 120 kg/h,the sterilization temperature was 170℃,and the sterilization time was 6 s,with the discharge temperature of 35℃.After sterilization, the aerobic bacterial count, mold and yeast count in Scutellariae Radix decreased significantly, and the sterilization rate was greater than 99%;the transfer rate of baicalin and extraction rate were both greater than 95%;the baicalin content and extract test were similar to those before sterilization. Conclusion The optimal high-temperature instantaneous sterilization process of Scutellariae Radix is repeatable, and it has no obvious effect on the content of effective ingredients in Scutellariae Radix.
