Establishment and Application of Criteria for Paclitaxel for Injection(Albumin Bound)Based on Attribute Hierarchy Model and Weighted TOPSIS Method
Objective To establish the drug utilization evaluation(DUE)criteria for Paclitaxel for Injection(Albumin Bound). Methods Based on the instructions of Paclitaxel for Injection(Albumin Bound),the DUE criteria were formulated according to relevant diagnostic and treatment guidelines, literature and actual use in hospital.A total of 326 medical records with Paclitaxel for Injection(Albumin Bound)as treatment drug from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly selected from the Hospital Information System(HIS),and the rationality of drug use was evaluated by the attribute hierarchy model(AHM)and the weighted technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)method. Results The AHM analyses of indications, dosage and usage, drug preparation before intravenous drip, combined drug use, infusion apparatus, chemotherapy sequence, pretreatment of allergic and vomiting reactions, routine blood monitoring during treatment, monitoring and treatment of adverse reactions, efficacy evaluation, routine blood monitoring at baseline and assessment of physical status were all in line with the consistency test, with weights of 17.875%,14.286%,13.095%,11.508%,0.397%,0.794%,13.889%,15.873%,6.349%,4.762%,0.794%,0.397%,respectively.The similarity coefficient(Ci)of 326 medical records was in the range of 47.70%to 100.00%.The medical records with Ci≥80.00%(rational)accounted for 53.07%(173 ones),60.00%≤Ci<80.00%(basically rational)accounted for 41.41%(135 ones),Ci<60.00%(irrational)accounted for 5.52%(18 ones). The irrational drug use mainly were indications, routine blood monitoring during the treatment, dosage and usage, pretreatment of allergic and vomiting reactions and so on.Conclusion The clinical use of Paclitaxel for Injection(Albumin Bound)in this hospital is generally rational. The established method is easy, real and intuitive, which can be used to guide the clinical rational use of Paclitaxel for Injection(Albumin Bound).
