河蚌多糖生物活性与提取、纯化工艺研究进展

目的 为河蚌多糖的提取工艺研究和临床应用提供参考。方法 计算机检索维普、中国知网、PubMed数据库 1995 年 1 月至2023 年 9 月与河蚌多糖相关的文献,归纳河蚌多糖的生物活性及其提取、纯化工艺,比较不同提取、纯化工艺参数下河蚌多糖提取物的差异。结果 河蚌多糖具有免疫调节、抗肿瘤,镇痛、抗炎,抗乙型肝炎病毒、保肝等生物活性。河蚌多糖多以热水(80~100℃)提取法为基础,辅以微波或超声等提取方法,但工艺参数差异较大;提取液多以醇沉方式获得粗提物;纯化后的河蚌多糖在单糖组成(葡萄糖占比较大)、分子量(400~1 700 kDa)等方面存在一定差异。结论 需加强河蚌多糖提取工艺-药效关系、活性成分构效关系、化学修饰-药效关系等研究,为相关药物和功能性食品的开发奠定基础。
Research Progress on the Biological Activity,Extraction and Purification Processes of Mussel Polysaccharides
Objective To provide a reference for the research of extraction process and clinical application of mussel polysaccharides.Methods The relevant literature in the VIP,CNKI,and PubMed from January 1995 to September 2023 were searched to summarize the biological activities,extraction and purification processes of mussel polysaccharides,and compare the differences in mussel polysaccharide extracts under different extraction and purification process parameters.Results The mussel polysaccharides had immune-regulation,anti-tumor,analgesic,anti-inflammatory,anti-hepatitis B virus and liver-protection biological activities.The mussel polysaccharides were mostly extracted based on the hot water extraction(80-100℃),assisted by microwave or ultrasound extraction methods,but the process parameters were greatly different;most of the crude extracts were obtained by alcohol precipitation;after purification of mussel polysaccharides,there were some differences in the monosaccharide composition(glucose accounting for a large proportion)and molecular weight(400-1 700 kDa).Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the research on the extraction process-pharmacodynamic relationship,the structure-activity relationship of active ingredients,the chemical modification-pharmacodynamic relationship of mussel polysaccharides to lay the foundation for the development of relevant drugs and functional foods.
