目的 构建基于患者实际需求的远程个体化用药教育系统,为推进精准远程用药教育提供参考。方法 药师设置规范的用药教育知识库,根据患者的性别、年龄、肝肾功能、妊娠期、哺乳期等个体化情况精准划分患者类别,并与之匹配用药教育需求,并生成用药教育内容,通过互联网精准推送。结果 经用药教育规则新建与编辑、个体化用药教育内容匹配设置、推送历史查询等功能,将患者分为八大类(20 个小类),即普通患者、老年患者、患儿、妊娠期患者、哺乳期患者、肾功能异常患者、肝功能异常患者、肝肾功能异常患者,并实现各类患者的精准用药教育推送。结论 基于医院信息系统(HIS)、实验室管理系统(LIS)及用药教育知识库构建的用药教育系统,可精准识别患者需求,规范用药教育内容,实现了基于患者需求的个体化用药教育的个体化推送。
Construction of a Remote Personalized Medication Education System
Objective To construct a remote individualized medication education system based on the actual needs of patients,and to provide a reference for promoting accurate remote medication education.Methods Pharmacists set up a standardized knowledge base for medication education,accurately classified patient categories and matched medication education needs according to patients'gender,age,liver and kidney functions,pregnancy,lactation and other individualized conditions,generated medication education content,and carried out accurate individualized medication education push through the Internet.Results Through the functions of establishing and editing medication education rules,matching individualized medication education content,and pushing history queries,patients were divided into eight categories(twenty subcategories),namely common patients,elderly patients,pediatric patients,pregnant patients,lactation patients,renal dysfunction patients,liver dysfunction patients,and liver and kidney dysfunction patients,and precise medication education was achieved for various types of patients.Conclusion Based on the hospital information system(HIS),laboratory information management system(LIS)system and medication education knowledge base,the medication education system is constructed,which can accurately identify patients'needs,standardize medication education content,and push individualized medication education based on patients'needs.
