目的 探讨M00201-BW型医用配药抽吸泵用于静脉用药调配的效果。方法 选取医院静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)常用的 8 种常用化学治疗药物各 300 支(瓶),分为研究组和对照组。两组各调配 5 组药品,每组调配 240 支(瓶)。研究组使用M00201-BW型医用配药抽吸泵辅助传统人工调配,对照组使用传统人工调配,比较两组的调配时间、药品残留量、胶塞脱落数量及调配差错、针刺伤发生情况。结果 研究组单支(瓶)平均调配时间为 9。10 s,短于对照组的 12。29 s;研究组的调配差错发生率为 0。42%,低于对照组的0。92%;研究组胶塞脱落 5 个,少于对照组的 12 个;两组药品残留量均在可控限度标准内,且研究组均显著少于对照组(P<0。05)。结论 M00201-BW型医用配药抽吸泵用于静脉用药调配的效果良好,可节约调配时间,减少药品残留量且符合限度控制标准,提高工作效率和成品输液质量,降低PIVAS调配药师的职业风险。
Application Effect of M00201-BW Medical Dispensing Suction Pump on Intravenous Drug Dispensing
Objective To investigate the application effect of the M00201-BW medical dispensing suction pump on intravenous drug dispensing.Methods A total of eight kinds(300 injections/bottles)of chemotherapy drugs commonly used in the pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS)of the hospital were selected and divided into the study group and the control group.Two groups were required to mix five groups of drugs,with 240 injections/bottles per group.M00201-BW medical dispensing suction pump assisted traditional manual dispensing was used in the study group,while the traditional manual dispensing was used in the control group.The differences in dispensing time,drug residue,number of rubber plug shedding,dispensing error rate,and needle puncture between the two groups were compared.Results The dispensing time for one injection/bottle in the study group was 9.10 s,which was shorter than 12.29 s in the control group.The dispensing error rate in the study group was 0.42%,which was lower than 0.92%in the control group.The number of rubber plug shedding in the study group was 5,which was fewer than 12 in the control group.The drug residues in the two groups were all within the limit controll standard,and that in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion M00201-BW medical dispensing suction pump used in intravenous drug dispensing has a good effect,which can save the dispensing time,reduce the drug residues to meet the limit control standard,improve the work efficiency and the quality of finished infusion,and reduce the occupational injury risk of dispensing pharmacists in the PIVAS.
