Textual Research on the Source and Explanation of Mongolian Medicine Yuzan Qingyan Shiwuwei Powder
Objective To provide a reference for further research and utilization of Mongolian medicine Yuzan Qingyan Shiwuwei Powder.Methods Based on the ancient literature records of Mongolian medicine and modern literature standards,combined with the clinical characteristics of medication,a textual research was conducted on the formula name,origin,formula analysis,and formula source of Yuzan Qingyan Shiwuwei Powder.Results and Conclusion The formula is composed of 15 Chinese medicinal herbs,originally recorded in the book Lantabu by Disi Sangjiejiacuo,and belongs to the classic formula of traditional Mongolian medicine.In terms of single drug sources,there is no objection to the sources of Terminalia chebula or Altan arura,Melia toosendan,Gardenia jasminoides,Choerospondias axillaris,Myristica fragrans,Sophora flavescens,and Glycyrrhiza uralensis.In the formula,Hosta plantaginea,Santalum album,Bambusa textilis(calciosinter,cypsum),Glehnia littoralis,Syzygium aromaticum,Aucklandia lappa,Adhatoda vasica,and Syringa pinnatifolia are the best combination.The medicinal tastes of astringent,bitter,spicy,sweet,and sour account for 26.80%,67.53%,18.56%,24.23%,and 5.15%,respectively.The medicinal properties of cold,cool,calm,and warm account for 24.74%,43.81%,17.01%,and 14.43%,respectively.It has a definite therapeutic effect on diseases such as throat swelling and pain caused by colds,chest fullness,asthma,chest and rib pain,lung heat cough,and Bada dry heat,and has further exploration and research value.
