某院PIVAS智能环境实时监控系统的建立与应用

目的 保障静脉用药调配中心(PIVAS)输液调配质量及患者的用药安全。方法 医院依托PIVAS洁净室安全生产监测及预警平台,与某公司联合开发了可实现洁净室净化空调系统与操作台智能控制,以及浮游菌及尘埃粒子、压差及温湿度、净化机组状态等的动态监测及预警功能的智能环境实时监控系统。比较系统运行前(2021 年 7 月至 12 月)、运行后(2022 年 1 月至 6 月)的相关指标监测结果。结果 与系统运行前比较,系统运行后异常监测结果月均发现次数与压差月均正常天数均显著增多(P<0。05);异常监测次均处理用时与浮游菌检测及报告用时均显著缩短(P<0。05);各监测位置(除百级操作台外)浮游菌及尘埃粒子的实时监测数值均显著下降(P<0。05)。结论 该系统实现了PIVAS洁净室环境关键指标的实时收集、动态监测及预警,有效地保证了PIVAS输液的安全生产及全流程信息可追溯,推动了智慧PIVAS体系的建设,进一步保障了患者的用药安全。
Construction and Application of an Intelligent Real-Time Monitoring System for PIVAS Environment in a Hospital
Objective To ensure the quality of infusion dispensing and patients′ medication safety at the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service(PIVAS).Methods Based on the safe production monitoring and early warning platform of PIVAS cleanroom,the hospital and a company jointly developed an intelligent real-time monitoring system for PIVAS environment.This system could realize intelligent control for the purification air conditioning system and operation desk of clean room,as well as the dynamic monitoring and early warning for the planktonic bacteria,dust particles,pressure difference,temperature,humidity and purification unit operation status in the cleanroom.The monitoring data of relevant indicators before operation(July to December 2021)and after operation(January to June 2022)of the system were compared.Results Compared with those before operation of the system,the frequency of abnormal monitoring detection per month and the days of normal pressure difference after operation of the system significantly increased(P<0.05);the average response time for abnormal monitoring,the detection and reporting time for planktonic bacteria after operation of the system significantly shortened(P<0.05);the real-time monitoring data of planktonic bacteria and dust particles at various monitoring positions(except for the level-100 operation desk)after operation of the system significantly decreased(P<0.05).Conclusion The system realizes the real-time collection,dynamic monitoring and early warning of key indicators of PIVAS cleanroom environment,effectively ensures the safety production of PIVAS infusion and the full-process information traceability,promotes the construction of a smart PIVAS system,and further ensures the medication safety of patients.
