摘要
目的 总结第 31 届世界大学生夏季运动会(简称成都大运会)期间综合药房和药学服务建设的经验.方法 通过健全规章制度,制订标准操作流程,编写中英文版《成都第 31 届世界大学生夏季运动会用药手册》,制订药品目录,掌握治疗用药豁免,兴奋剂控制使用的管理,个性化卡片与床头卡设计,科学、合理安排人员组合与排班,规范化培训等方式,建立综合药房服务理念和全面质量管理体系.结果与结论 以饱满的工作热情、严谨的工作态度、高度的责任感完成了综合药房的建设,为成都大运会运动员的安全用药保驾护航.
Abstract
Objective To summarize the experience in the construction of comprehensive pharmacy and pharmaceutical care during the 31st Summer World University Games(hereinafter referred to as the Chengdu Summer Universiade).Methods The comprehensive pharmacy service concept and the comprehensive quality management system were constructed by improving rules and regulations,establishing standard operating procedures,compiling the Chinese and English versions of the Medication Handbook for the 31st Chengdu Summer Universiade,establishing a drug catalog,mastering exemptions for therapeutic medications,managing the control of stimulant use,designing personalized cards and bedhead cards,scientifically and reasonably arranging personnel combinations and scheduling,and providing standardized training,etc.Results and Conclusion The entire team has completed the construction of a comprehensive pharmacy with full work enthusiasm,rigorous work attitude,and a high sense of responsibility,so as to safeguard the medication safety of athletes in the Chengdu Summer Universiade.
