超高效液相色谱法同时测定安宫降压丸中9种成分含量

目的 建立同时测定安宫降压丸中栀子苷、盐酸黄连碱、表小檗碱、黄芩苷、盐酸小檗碱、盐酸巴马汀、汉黄芩苷、黄芩素、汉黄芩素 9 种指标性成分含量的超高效液相色谱法。方法 色谱柱为Waters Acquity UPLC C18 柱(100 mm×2。1 mm,1。7µm),流动相为乙腈-0。2%磷酸溶液(梯度洗脱),流速为 0。5 mL/min,检测波长为 254 nm,柱温为 35℃,进样量为 1µL。结果 9 种成分在各自质量浓度范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r≥0。999 5);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验结果的RSD均小于 2。0%;平均加样回收率分别为99。82%,98。91%,99。09%,99。09%,98。77%,99。25%,99。16%,98。17%,99。40%,RSD分别为 0。56%,0。56%,0。81%,0。97%,0。79%,0。81%,0。84%,1。19%,0。83%(n=6)。样品中 9种成分的含量分别为 1。82,0。56,0。68,4。52,2。36,0。54,0。85,0。37,0。32 mg/g(n=9)。结论 该方法快速高效、准确度高、专属性强,可用于安宫降压丸中 9 种指标性成分的含量测定。
Simultaneous Determination of Nine Components in Angong Jiangya Pills by UPLC
Objective To establish an ultra-high performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)method for simultaneous determination of nine index components(geniposide,coptisine hydrochloride,epiberberine,baicalin,berberine chloride,berberine chloride,wogonoside,and baicalein)in Angong Jiangya Pills.Methods The chromatography column was Waters Equity UPLC C18 column(100 mm×2.1 mm,1.7 µm),the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.2%phosphoric acid solution(gradient elution),the flow rate was 0.5 mL/min,the detection wavelength was 254 nm,the column temperature was 35℃,and the injection volume was 1 µL.Results The nine components showed good linear relationships with peak area within their respective mass concentration ranges(r≥0.999 5).The RSDs of precision,stability,and repeatability test results were all lower than 2.0%.The average recoveries of nine components were 99.82%,98.91%,99.09%,99.09%,98.77%,99.25%,99.16%,98.17%,and 99.40%,with RSDs of 0.56%,0.56%,0.81%,0.97%,0.79%,0.81%,0.84%,1.19%,and 0.83%(n=6),respectively.The contents of nine components in the sample were 1.82,0.56,0.68,4.52,2.36,0.54,0.85,0.37,and 0.32 mg/g(n=9),respectively.Conclusion The method is quick,sensitive,and accurate,and it has strong specificity,which can be used for the content determination of nine components in Angong Jiangya Pills.
