Establishment of Quality Control System for Multi-Hospital Pharmaceutical Personnel Training Based on HACCP Management Method
Objective To establish the quality control system for the multi-hospitals pharmaceutical personnel training,and to promote the homogenization of pharmaceutical administration in multi-hospitals.Methods Hazard analysis and critical control point(HACCP)management method was used to control the risk in the process of the multi-hospitals pharmaceutical personnel training,including hazard analysis and preventive measures,determination of the critical control point(CCP),establishment of critical limits and corrective measures.Results Six CCPs were identified and the quality control system for the multi-hospitals pharmaceutical personnel training was established in terms of job division,training process and teaching implementation.Conclusion The application of HACCP management method in the management of pharmaceutical personnel training can effectively control the potential and obvious influencing factors of the teaching process,and improve the professional and technical level of pharmaceutical personnel in multi-hospitals and the homogenization of pharmaceutical care among branch hospitals and the main hospital.
