Optimization Strategy of Management Review for Vaccine Manufacturers
Objective To investigate the optimization strategies for management review of vaccine manufacturers,and to improve the comprehensive competitiveness in quality management of vaccine manufacturers.Methods Based on the actual situation of vaccine manufacturers,the experience summary method was used to analyze the strategies of management review planning,implementation,and tracking stages of manufacturers.Result and Conclusion Through practice and adjustment,a management review framework of"two major systems,eight major sectors,three-level review,and hierarchical responsibility"has been formed,which can effectively ensure the implementation of management review in vaccine manufacturers.By correctly understanding management review,constructing a reasonable review framework,optimizing report writing ideas,clarifying outputs,and doing a good job in tracking and verification,the efficiency of management review in vaccine manufactures can be effectively improved,and the comprehensive competitiveness of manufacturers can be enhanced.
