摘要
目的 探讨瑞香狼毒的化学成分、药理学作用及毒性作用,为其开发利用提供参考.方法 查阅国内外相关文献,总结瑞香狼毒的化学成分、药理学作用、毒性作用及减毒炮制方法.结果 瑞香狼毒的化学成分多样,主要有萜类、木脂素类、黄酮类、香豆素类等化合物;药理学作用主要有抗癌、抗菌、抗氧化、抗炎、抗过敏、抗皮炎、保护神经、抑制乙酰胆碱酯酶活性等;其全株具有肝细胞毒性,可通过醋制、酒制等炮制方法减毒增效.结论 瑞香狼毒所含化学成分种类多样,具有多种药理学作用,特定炮制方法可降低其毒性.
Abstract
Objective To investigate the chemical compositions,pharmacological effects,and toxicity of Stellera chamaejasme,and to provide a reference for its development and utilization.Methods By consulting relevant literature at home and abroad,the chemical composition,pharmacological effects,toxicity,and detoxification processing methods of Stellera chamaejasme were summarized.Results The chemical compositions in Stellera chamaejasme are diverse,mainly including terpenes,lignans,flavonoids,coumarins,etc.The pharmacological effects mainly include anti-cancer,anti-bacterial,anti-oxidant,anti-inflammatory,anti-allergic,anti-dermatitis,neuroprotective,and inhibition of acetylcholinesterase activity.The whole plant has hepatotoxicity,which can be reduced in toxicity and increased in efficacy through processing such as vinegar and alcohol.Conclusion The chemical compositions in Stellera chamaejasme are various and have multiple pharmacological effects.Specific processing methods can reduce its toxicity.
