Exploration of Monitoring and Refined Management of Alternative Medicines for Centralized-Procurement Varieties in the Hospital
Objective To promote the monitoring and refined management of alternative medicines for centralized-procurement varieties in hospitals.Methods According to the relevant policies of national and inter-provincial alliance drug procurement,the current implementation of drug procurement in the hospital,anatomical therapeutic chemical,drug instructions,guidelines,etc.,the Power BI software was used to develop the monitoring and management-related functional modules of alternative medicines on the basis of the early centralized-procurement drug intelligent monitoring system.Results The functional modules including monitoring and management of alternative medicines and use monitoring of these medicines in key departments had been added,which helped to monitor the alternative medicines,manage the alternative medicines in case of shortage of centralized-procurement drugs,optimize the basic drug catalogue of medical institutions,and monitor the use of alternative medicines in key departments.Conclusion The centralized-procurement drug intelligent monitoring system with new functions can promote the refinement and intelligence of centralized-procurement drug management,and provide technical supports for medical institutions to establish a perfect entire-process scientific management system for the centralized-procurement drugs.
