Simultaneous Determination of Sodium Lactate and Total Chlorine in Sodium Lactate Ringer's Injection by Anion Exchange Chromatography
Objective To establish an anion exchange chromatography method for simultaneous determination of sodium lactate and total chlorine contents in Sodium Lactate Ringer's Injection. Methods The analytical column was Dionex IonPacTM AS11-HC column(250 mm×4 mm),the protective column was AS11-HC column(50 mm×4 mm),the eluent was 10 mmol/L potassium hydroxide solution, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,the detector temperature was 35℃,the column temperature was 30℃,the electrical conductivity detector was adopted, the suppressor suppression current was 25 mA,and the injection volume was 25 μL.Results The linear ranges of lactate ion and chloridion were 9.97-249.37 μg/mL,15.27-381.70 μg/mL(r=0.999 7,1.000 0,n=6)respectively.The RSDs of precision, stability and repeatability tests were all lower than 2.0%.The average recovery rates of llactate ion and chloridion were 100.74%,100.48%,with the RSDs of 1.17%,1.53%(n=9)respectively.Conclusion The established method is easy, sensitive, stable and accurate, which can be used to determine the contents of sodium lactate and total chlorine in Sodium Lactate Ringer's Injection.
