江西现代医药物流企业人工智能技术应用现状与建议

目的 完善现代药品流通体系,提升药品供应保障服务能力。方法 对江西省637家药品批发企业和零售连锁企业发放《人工智能技术在江西省现代医药物流应用建设研究》调查问卷,调查内容包括医药企业未来5年实施现代医药物流的意愿、药品经营企业计算机配备情况、人工智能设备配置情况、影响因素、企业期望解决的问题,分析江西省现代医药物流发展存在的问题,并提出针对性建议。结果 共发放637份调查问卷,回收395份有效问卷,有效回收率为62。01%。其中,194家(49。11%)企业表示有计划在未来5年达到药品现代物流条件;所有获得药品经营许可证的企业均已配备企业计划资源(ERP)系统;已配备仓储管理系统(WMS)、运输管理系统(TMS)、温湿度调控设备、条形码编制/打印扫描设备、射频扫描技术(RF)设备、动力输送线、自动导向搬运车(AGV)、电动叉车和巷道堆垛机的企业占比分别为24。30%,18。73%,84。81%,26。08%,17。22%,14。43%,12。41%,18。23%,7。09%。企业近3年年均销售额、企业仓库面积为主要影响现代医药物流是否建立的因素。医药企业希望能根据企业类型设置开办条件,放宽物流专业人员条件,解决医药物流配送"最后一公里"配送难、成本高的问题。目前存在企业数量增长速度快、规模偏小,企业设施设备智能化水平不高,企业人工智能设备投入与收益不相匹配等问题。结论 建议政府相关部门提供相关支持政策,破除药品流通体制机制障碍;现代医药物流行业加强人工智能技术运用,提升企业核心竞争力,促进行业高质量发展。
Current Situation and Countermeasures of the Application of Artificial Intelligence Technology in Modern Medical Logistics Enterprises in Jiangxi Province
Objective To improve the modern drug circulation system,and to enhance the ability of drug supply guarantee services.Methods A survey questionnaire titled Research on the Application and Construction of Artificial Intelligence Technology in Modern Medical Logistics in Jiangxi Province was distributed to 637 pharmaceutical wholesale enterprises and retail chain enterprises in Jiangxi Province.The content of survey included the willingness of pharmaceutical enterprises to implement modern medical logistics in the next five years,the computer situation of pharmaceutical operating enterprises,the configuration of artificial intelligence equipment,influencing factors,and the problems that enterprises expected to solve.The problems in the development of modern medical logistics in Jiangxi Province were analyzed,and targeted suggestions were put forward.Results A total of 637 survey questionnaires were distributed,and 395 valid questionnaires were collected,with an effective response rate of 62.01%.Among them,194 enterprises(49.11%)had plans to achieve modern pharmaceutical logistics conditions in the next five years;all pharmaceutical enterprises that have obtained a drug business license were equipped with the enterprise planning resource(ERP)management system.The proportion of enterprises equipped with warehouse management systems(WMS),transportation management systems(TMS),temperature and humidity control equipment,barcode preparation/printing scanning equipment,radio frequency(RF)scanning technology equipment,power conveyor lines,automatic guided vehicles(AGV),electric forklifts,and aisle stackers were 24.30%,18.73%,84.81%,26.08%,17.22%,14.43%,12.41%,18.23%,and 7.09%,respectively.The average annual sales turnover and warehouse area of the enterprise in the past three years were the main factors affecting the establishment of modern pharmaceutical logistics.Pharmaceutical enterprises hoped to set up start-up conditions based on the type of enterprise,relax the requirements for logistics professionals,and solve the problem of difficult and costly"last mile"delivery in pharmaceutical logistics distribution.At present,there were problems such as rapid growth in the number of enterprises,but the scale was relatively small,low level of intelligence in enterprise facilities and equipment,and mismatch between investment and revenue in enterprise artificial intelligence equipment.Conclusion It is recommended that relevant government departments provide relevant support policies to eliminate obstacles in the drug circulation system and mechanism;the modern pharmaceutical logistics industry should strengthen the application of artificial intelligence technology,enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,and promote high-quality development of the industry.
