薯蓣皂苷抗氧化应激机制研究进展

氧化应激是指机体受到外界刺激后,产生大量的活性氧自由基导致细胞氧化损伤的一种机制,与心血管疾病、神经系统疾病、炎症性疾病、肿瘤等多种疾病的发生和发展密切相关.寻找有效的抗氧化剂成为疾病预防和治疗的重要途径之一.薯蓣皂苷是一种天然存在的化合物,具有抗氧化和抗炎作用.近年来,研究发现薯蓣皂苷在抗氧化应激中起到重要的作用.本综述概述了氧化应激的概念和机制,并讨论了其可能的作用机制,薯蓣皂苷可通过清除自由基和过氧化物,增加机体内源性抗氧化剂的产生和释放,抑制Nrf2-ARE通路、NF-KB通路、MAPK通路、Keap1-Nrf2通路、AMPK通路等氧化应激信号通路的激活发挥作用.本研究总结了薯蓣皂苷在抗氧化应激方面的研究进展,以期为后续研究提供参考.
Oxidative stress refers to a mechanism in which the body produces a large amount of reactive oxygen species after being stimulated by external factors,leading to cellular oxidative damage.It is closely related to the occurrence and development of various dis-eases such as cardiovascular diseases,neurological diseases,inflammatory diseases,and tumors.Therefore,to find effective antioxi-dants has become one of the important ways for disease prevention and treatment.Dioscin is a natural compound with antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects.In recent years,studies have found that dioscin plays an important role in antioxidant stress.This review pro-vides an overview of the concept and mechanism of oxidative stress,and discusses its possible mechanisms of action.Dioscin can increase the production and release of endogenous antioxidants in the body by clearing free radicals and peroxides,inhibiting the activa-tion of oxidative stress signaling pathways such as Nrf2-ARE pathway,NF-KB pathway,MAPK pathway,Keap1-Nrf2 pathway,and AMPK pathway.This study summarizes the research progress on the antioxidant stress mechanism of dioscin,so as to provide reference for subsequent research.
