摘要

目的:采用串联四级杆电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS/MS)测定中药白扁豆中18种无机元素的含量,结合化学计量学分析不同产地及性状差异白扁豆的质量情况.方法:采用超级微波消解处理样品后,采用串联四级杆电感耦合等离子体质谱法进行测定,对测定结果进行主成分分析及聚类分析.结果:测定的各无机元素线性关系良好;主成分分析得到6个主成分,累计方差贡献率达到83.959%;确定锰(Mn)、镍(Ni)、铜(Cu)、锶(Sr)、钴(Co)、硒(Se)、铷(Rb)、钡(Ba)、铬(Cr)、镉(Cd)、银(Ag)、锂(Li)、铍(Be)、钒(V)、铅(Pb)等15种元素为白扁豆的主要特征元素.结论:该方法操作简便、结果准确、灵敏度高,可用于中药白扁豆中无机元素的测定,为进一步研究中药白扁豆提供了参考.

Abstract

Objective:To determine the contents of 18 inorganic elements in Semen Lablab Album by inductively coupled plasma tan-dem mass spectrometry(ICP-MS/MS),and to analyze the quality of Semen Lablab Album with different origin and character difference by stoichiometry.Methods:After ultra microwave digestion,the samples were determined by quadrupole inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry.The results were analyzed by principal component analysis and cluster analysis.Results:The linear relationship of each inorganic element was good.Six principal components were obtained by principal component analysis,and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 83.959%.The results showed that Mn、Ni、Cu、Sr、Co、Se、Rb、Ba、Cr、Cd、Ag、Li、Be、V、Pb are the main characteris-tic elements of Semen Lablab Album.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and sensitive.It can be used for the determination of inorganic elements in Semen Lablab Album,and provides a reference for further study of Semen Lablab Album.
