目的:通过文献挖掘分析三叉神经痛研究现状与热点,为未来研究方向提供参考.方法:通过检索中国知网、维普、万方数据库、Web of Science数据库2012-2021年期间收录的三叉神经痛相关研究文献,利用VOSviewer 1.6.17和CiteSpace 5.8.R4等软件对文献进行计量分析,梳理并探讨三叉神经痛的研究热点与趋势.结果:本研究共纳入文献4916篇.研究结果显示,三叉神经痛研究领域中英文文献年度发文量总体均呈现波动式上升趋势,中文文献数量始终保持领先地位.研究机构和作者共现分析表明国内该领域研究机构和学者间的学术交流与合作应进一步加强并持续扩大自身影响力.关键词聚类分析显示,微血管减压术是热门关键词之一,是该领域的重要研究方向.关键词突现分析显示,三叉神经痛患者精神状态、心理卫生情况、外科手术精进和细胞层面上的机制研究或成为近年来该领域的最新研究前沿.结论:本研究从文献计量学角度分析了三叉神经痛领域的研究现状和研究发展趋势,推测该领域的研究热度仍会持续增加.本研究结果有助于研究人员快速了解三叉神经痛领域当前的研究现状,促进对该领域的研究热点和前沿进行更深入的探索.
Visualized Analysis of Current Research Status of Trigeminal Neuralgia Based on VOSviewer and CiteSpace
Objective:To analyze the current status and hotspots of trigeminal neuralgia researches and provide reference for future research.Method:The literatures pubulished during 2012-2021 on trigeminal neuralgia were searched from CNKI,VIP,Wanfang Database and Web of Science database.Bibliometric analysis was carried out by VOSviewer 1.6.17 and CiteSpace 5.8.R4,and the hot-spots and trends of researches on trigeminal neuralgia were sorted out and discussed.Results:A total of 4916 articles were included in this study.The annual number of published Chinese and English literatures in the field of trigeminal neuralgia showed a fluctuating upward trend,and the number of Chinese literatures maintained a leading position.The co-occurrence analysis of research institutions and authors indicated that the academic exchange and cooperation between domestic institutions and scholars should be further strength-ened and their influence should be continuously expanded.Keyword cluster analysis showed that microvascular decompression is one of the hot keywords and an important research direction in this field.Keyword emergence analysis showed that the mental state and mental health of patients with trigeminal neuralgia,surgical improvement and cellular level mechanism of trigeminal neuralgia have become the latest research frontiers in this field in recent years.Conclusion:From the perspective of bibliometrics,this study analyzed the current status and trends of trigeminal neuralgia researches,and speculated that the research in this field will continue to increase.The results of this study are helpful for researchers to quickly understand the current research status in the field of trigeminal neuralgia and promoting more in-depth exploration of research hotspots and frontiers in this field.
