Empirical Analysis on the Influencing Factors of Electronic Prescriptions Circulation in Internet Hospital
Risk management of Internet hospital e-prescription circulation is the core issue of the compliance and development of online drug sales.At present,there is no unified standard for the technology standards,admission conditions,exit mechanisms,and operation flow of hospital e-prescription information sharing.The influenling factor research of e-prescription circulation in domestic Internet hospital is still in the exploratory stage,and the empirical analysis of the influencing factors of e-prescriptions circulation has not been reported.In order to further explore the influencing factors of e-prescription circulation under the Internet hospital model in this study,Structural Equation Model(SEM)was used to empirically analyze the influencing factors of e-prescription circulation in Internet hospital,which is based on the overview of development situation of online drug sales,e-prescription circulation and licensed pharmacist responsibilities.The results show that the compliance management to Internet hospital,e-prescription circulation,data flow manage-ment,pharmacies,licensed pharmacist,and other factors should be strengthened in Internet hospital e-prescription circulation.Internet hospital is the key element in the risk management of prescription drugs online sales.The overall effect of data flow management is very significant on the online sales supply chain,and the direct effect of e-prescription circulation and Internet hospital is high,which is nec-essary to play an important role of licensed pharmacist in Internet hospital and pharmacies.Internet hospital e-prescription circulation compliance managemapaths include improving pharmacovigilance system of Internet hospital,developing standards for e-prescription review procedures,strengthening compliance management of data flow,building department coordination mechanism for drug online sales,and so on.
