The Anticoagulation Effect of Jieqi Capsules Combined with Low Dose LMWH in Patients after Replantation of Severed Fingers
Objective:To observe the anticoagulation effect of Jieqi capsules combined with low dose of low molecular weight heparin(LMWH)in patients after replantation of severed fingers.Methods:A total of 76 cases of severed finger replantation treated in our hospi-tal from January 2022 to January 2023 were randomly divided into the test group and the control group,with 38 cases in each group.On the basis of conventional treatment after replantation of severed fingers,the control group received LMWH 4000 or 5000 AXaIU(accord-ing to body weight)abdominal subcutaneous injection,qd,continuous treatment for 7 d,and the test group received Jieqi capsules orally taken after meal(0.9 g,tid)for 7 d combined with LMWH 2000 AXaIU abdominal subcutaneous injection,qd.The coagulation func-tion indexes[activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT),international normalized ratio(INR),prothrombin time(PT),and platelet count(PLT)]of the two groups of patients were compared before treatment and at the 1 d,3 d and 7 d of the treatment.Results:Before treatment,the APTT,INR,PT and PLT levels of the two groups of patients had no statistical difference(P>0.05).At the 1 d and 3 d of postoperative anticoagulant treatment,the INR,PT and APTT levels increased and PLT level decreased in both groups compared with before treatment(P<0.05).On the 7 d of postoperative anticoagulant treatment,the APTT,INR,PT and PLT levels of the two groups of patients had no statistical difference compared with those before treatment(P>0.05).There was no statistical difference in APTT,INR,PT and PLT levels between the two groups of patients on the 1 d,3 d and 7 d of postoperative anticoagulation treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:The anticoagulant effect of Jieqi capsules combined with low dose LMWH after severed finger replantation is similar to that of high dose LMWH.The application of Jiaqi capsules can reduce the use dose of LMWH,and improve the safety of medication.
