Strategy Analysis on the Personnel Training Mode of Higher Pharmaceutical Education from Demand-Side Perspective
With the steady progress of the"new healthcare reform",in order to better meet the public's demand for safe medication,the new pharmaceutical education,as one of the important parts of the new medical education,puts forward new requirements for the cul-tivation of pharmaceutical professionals and pharmaceutical education is facing new challenges and opportunities.Higher pharmaceutical education is the main way to"create"pharmaceutical professionals,and should actively adapt to the needs of health industry development and in line with international pharmaceutical education.The overall goal of pharmaceutical education in China is to cultivate the service-oriented pharmaceutical professionals who serves the whole life cycle and whole process of health,which emphasis on interdisciplinary integration and innovation.It is needed to cultivate a high-quality pharmacist team that meets the needs of Healthy China by promoting the transformation of the curriculum and teacher-reserve system,advocating the connection between pharmaceutical education and profes-sional qualification system,strengthening the coordinated development of supply and demand sides,and comprehensive reforming the practical skills training pattern.This study analyzed the status quo,existing problems and challenges of the current personnel training system of higher pharmaceutical education in China,and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions,aiming at exploring the teaching reform of pharmaceutical education and promoting the establishment of professional team of pharmaceutical care which in line with China's national conditions.
