Construction of Normalization Mechanism of Professional Accreditation in Local Medical Colleges and Universities Under the Background of First-Class Specialty Construction:Taking a University in Hebei Province as an Example
Under the background of first-class specialty construction,college and universities specialty construction and professional accreditation are mutually reinforcing.Professional accreditation plays a positive role and has significance on the specialty construction,talent training and teaching quality improvement of local medical colleges and universities.This study takes a university in Hebei prov-ince as an example,through studying the practice of establishing the normalization mechanism of professional accreditation in this school,to analyze the background meaning,prerequisite conditions and path direction of establishing the normalization mechanism of professional accreditation in local medical colleges and universities under the background of first-class specialty construction,and explore the necessity and strategy path of constructing normalization mechanism of professional accreditation in local medical colleges and universities.The results show that local medical colleges and universities can promote the construction of normalization mechanism of pro-fessional accreditation from the following aspects:establishing the organization and operation system of professional accreditation,strengthening the effective connection between professional accreditation and internal quality assurance,promoting the integration and progress of basic and clinical medicine teaching,accurately assigning and arranging the certification inspection and evaluation work,giv-ing full play to the college's leading role and internal driving force,cultivating quality awareness of teachers and students and strengthen-ing quality culture of all staffs.Through the establishment of an effective mechanism for the normalization of professional accreditation,not only lay a solid foundation for the smooth development of professional accreditation in local medical colleges and universities,but also ensure the continuous construction and improvement of first-class specialty,thus help improving the teaching quality and achieving teach-ing reform results of local medical colleges and universities.
