摘要
为满足社会对高层次药学专业人才的需求,提高药学硕士专业学位研究生实践教学的质量,提高学生毕业工作后的岗位适应能力,通过《药物临床试验质量管理规范》(GCP)药品管理模式的实践教学,让学生切身参与药物临床试验药品管理的工作环节,在实践过程中接受规范化、综合化、系统化的临床试验培训,充分掌握临床试验用药品的管理要素,提高临床科研的思维能力.以GCP指导药学硕士专业学位研究生实践教学是促进专业学位研究生培养规范化发展,推动药学教育质量不断提高的有效途径之一,可成为我国新药研发事业规范化、可持续发展人才储备的重要环节.
Abstract
In order to meet the social demand for high-level pharmacy professionals,improve the practical teaching quality of profes-sional master of pharmacy,and improve the students'ability to adapt to the job after graduation,through the practical teaching of GCP drug management model,students can participate in clinical trial drug management,receive standardized,comprehensive and systematic clinical trial training in practice,fully grasp the management elements of investigational drugs in clinicla trials,and improve the thinking ability of clinical scientific research.Guiding the practical teaching of pharmacy professional master with GCP can promote the standard-ized development of professional degree graduate training,and is one of the effective ways to promote the continuous improvement of edu-cation quality,and it can become an important link in the standardization and sustainable development of our country's new drug research and development talent reserves.
