基于"第九届全国大学生基础医学创新研究暨实验设计论坛"获奖作品的文献计量学分析

目的:通过对第九届全国大学生基础医学创新研究暨实验设计论坛中"基础临床"赛道获奖作品的深入分析,以期识别该领域的研究热点和趋势,为未来的参赛团队指明学科领域的研究前沿,同时为高等医学院校提供教育教学改革和竞赛发展动态的实证数据.方法:采用Excel 2023、VOSviewer 1.6.18 等软件对第九届全国大学生基础医学创新研究暨实验设计大赛官网公示的获奖作品进行分析,对"基础临床"赛道获奖作品的综合地理区域、省份、院校层次分布以可视化图谱形式呈现,并对获奖作品的主题关键词进行聚类分析.结果:本次大赛共有611项作品获奖,分为创新研究和实验设计两个类别,涵盖基础临床、预防医学、法医学、中医药学、口腔医学5个学科赛道,获奖率14.32%.其中"基础临床"赛道共有335个作品获奖,包括金奖67个,银奖100个,铜奖168个.335个基础临床学科获奖作品的完成单位主要集中在我国华东、华南地区;其中"双一流"建设高校和"老牌"医学院校为获得该奖项的主力军.获奖作品内容主要聚焦于9个方面,分别为JAK-STAT及PI3K-Akt信号通路、骨桥蛋白(OPN)等对糖尿病、非酒精性脂肪肝等疾病的调控作用;巨噬细胞极化及PD-L1对乳腺癌的影响;铁死亡在脑缺血再灌注损伤及肝损伤中的作用机制;胶质细胞在脓毒症相关脑病中的作用机制;硫化氢对血管内皮细胞及巨噬细胞焦亡的抑制作用;间充质干细胞源性外泌体对骨质疏松的改善作用及内质网应激对肝癌和高血压的调控作用;水凝胶、Nrf2通路及铜死亡在脑损伤中的调控作用;T细胞对哮喘的抑制作用及联合用药对疼痛的疗效以及肺癌和黑色素瘤等肿瘤的免疫治疗.结论:基础医学创新研究暨实验设计论坛作为全国基础医学教育领域影响力最大的大学生创新设计竞赛活动,本次竞赛的参赛作品水平在不同地区和院校间存在显著的差异,这一现状凸显了对竞赛发展动态实证数据的迫切需求.为此,各高校应基于大数据构建竞赛数据收集与分析系统并提供专业化的竞赛指导,开展跨区域的校际合作与交流,探索基础医学虚拟实验室的建设,以实现优质教育资源的共建与共享,并建立长期跟踪和评估机制,为该竞赛的持续改进和推动医学教育的高质量发展提供支持.
Bibliometric Analysis Based on the Award-Winning Works of the 9th National Forum for Undergraduate on Innovation Research&Experimental Design Competition
Objective:Through in-depth analysis of the award-winning works of the"Basic Clinical"track in the 9th National Forum for Undergraduate on Innovation Research&Experimental Design Competition,to identify the research hotspots and trends in this field,point out the research frontiers in the discipline for future participating teams,and provide empirical data on the education and teaching reform and competition development dynamics for medical colleges and universities.Methods:Excel 2023,VOSviewer 1.6.18 and other softwares were used to analyze the award-winning works published on the official website of the 9th National Forum for Undergradu-ate on Innovation Research&Experimental Design Competition.The regional,provincial and university distribution of the award-winning works of"Basic Clinical"track were presented in the form of visual map,and the theme keywords of the award-winning works were analyzed by clustering.Results:A total of 611 works were awarded in the last round of this competition,which was divided into the categories of innovative research and experimental design,covering five disciplines including basic clinical,preventive medicine,foren-sic medicine,traditional Chinese medicine and stomatology,with an award percentage of 14.32%.Among them,335 works won the awards in the basic clinical track,including 67 gold awards,100 silver awards,and 168 bronze awards.The 335 award-winning works in basic clinical disciplines are mainly concentrated in East China and South China,and"double first-class"universities and"old brand"medical colleges are the main force to win the award.The award-winning works mainly focus on nine aspects:the regulatory effects of JAK-STAT,PI3K-Akt signaling pathway and osteopontin(OPN)on diabetes and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease;the effect of macro-phage polarization and PD-L1 on breast cancer;the mechanism of ferroptosis in cerebral ischemia-reperfusion injury and liver injury;the role of glial cells in sepsis associated encephalopathy;inhibitory effect of hydrogen sulfide on pyro-ptosis of vascular endothelial cells and macrophages;ameliorating effect of mesenchymal stem cell-derived exosomes on osteoporosis and the regulatory role of endoplasmic reticulum stress on liver cancer and hypertension;the regulatory role of hydrogel,Nrf2 pathway and copper death in brain injury;the inhibitory effect of T cells on asthma and the efficacy of drug combination on pain,and immunotherapy of tumors such as lung cancer and melanoma.Conclusion:As the most influential college student innovation design competition in the field of basic medical education in China,the level of entries in National Forum for Undergraduate on Innovation Research&Experimental Design Competition is signifi-cantly different among different regions and universities,which highlights the urgent need for dynamic empirical data on the development of the competition.Universities should build competition data collection and analysis systems based on big data and provide professional competition guidance,carry out inter-regional cooperation and exchanges,explore the construction of basic medical virtual laboratories,so as to achieve the co-construction and sharing of high-quality education resources,and establish a long-term tracking and evaluation mechanism to support the continuous improvement of this competition and to promote the high-quality development of medical education.
