Clinical Efficacy on Acupuncture and Drug Staging in Treating Intellectual Development Disorders with Liver and Kidney Deficiency
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture and drug staging treatment on children with intellectual develop-ment disorder and liver and kidney deficiency.Methods:A total of 100 children hospitalized in our hospital from June 2020 to August 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,with 50 cases in each group.The children in the control group underwent rehabilitation training.The patients in the treatment group were given acupuncture+oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine+rehabilitation training.After 3 months of treatment,the Developmental Examination Report for Children Aged 0-6(Gesell)and Normal Development of Social Skills(S-M)were used to evaluate the changes in the developmental quotient(DQ)and social adaptability of the two groups before and after treatment.Results:The improvement of the development quotient in the five domains of adaptability,language,personal socialization,gross motor and fine motor and S-M scale score in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the treatment group was 92%,which was higher than that of the control group(74%)(P<0.05).Conclusion:Treat-ment by acupuncture and drug staging can improve the cognitive level,speech expression and social adaptability of children with intellec-tual development disorder and liver and kidney deficiency.The clinical effect is accurate.
