目的:了解经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)的研究现状和热点,为广大研究者及临床应用提供参考和借鉴.方法:检索Web of Science核心合集数据库,利用文献计量学软件VOS viewer 1.6.18、Excel 2019、R软件对文献的年份、国家、机构、作者、期刊和关键词等信息进行分析,并绘制可视化知识图谱及聚类分析.结果:纳入文献11 981篇,发文时间截至2023年12月.PCI研究领域的发文量总体波动较大,近几年较为平稳且有上升趋势,发文最多的国家是美国(4068篇,33.95%),哈佛大学是PCI领域发文最多的机构.关键词聚类分析显示,目前的研究现状主要聚焦于临床治疗方式、动脉狭窄、血运重建以及治疗中的干预和管理.结论:PCI领域的研究一直是广大研究者们的关注点,美国在PCI研究上较为成熟,未来的热点前沿可能聚焦于PCI临床治疗效果、影响因素以及光学相干断层扫描等新技术的应用.
Percutaneous Coronary Intervention Visualization Analysis and Hotspot Research
Objective:To investigate the research status and hotspot of percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI),provide reference for clinicians and researchers.Methods:The core collection database of Web of Science was searched,and the literature information such as year,country,institution,author,journal and keywords were analyzed by VOSviewer 1.6.18,Excel 2019 and R software,then the visual knowledge graph and cluster analysis were drawn.Results:11 981 literatures were included,and the publication date was up to December 2023.The number of published papers in the field of PCI fluctuates greatly in general,and is relatively stable and on the rise in recent years.The country with the largest number of published papers in this field is the United States(4068,33.95%),and Har-vard University is the institution with the largest number of published papers in the field of PCI.Keyword cluster analysis shows that the current research status mainly focuses on clinical treatment,arterial stenosis,revascularization,intervention and management in treat-ment.Conclusion:Research in the field of PCI has always been the focus of the majority of researchers.The United States is relatively mature in PCI research,and the future hot frontier may focus on the clinical treatment effect of PCI,the influence factors,and the appli-cation of new techniques such as optical coherence tomography.
