Based on the key nodes in the admission process,based on the needs of patients,the patient service platform is independently developed to build intelligent admission service scenarios,extend pre-hospital admission preparation services,expand patient admission management mode,and truly solve the problems of food,clothing,housing and transportation for patients in hospital.The construction and application of the full-process one-stop intel-ligent admission service scenario provides a reference for optimising and expanding the admission service process,enhancing the patient experience and improving the efficiency of hospital management.
